Brown & Polson Corn Flour is a finely ground white starch powder extracted from maize kernels. The flour is milled from the kernels, while the starch is obtained from the endosperm of the kernel. This corn flour is pale white in colour and is virtually tasteless. Use it as a thickening agent for your base or as a batter for frying!
