As we all know that the color pop range from Elle 18 comes just for INR 100 and they are available in a huge variety of shades. Before buying this color I had three of them and I liked them so much that I brought 3 more. After buying these I have finally realized that not all the colors are equally amazing. Some are better than the others. Today the one I will be talking about is shade no. 1 and is called Iced Chocolate.
