Description
Sambhar or Sambar is a vegetable and lentil based stew with broth, almost always consumed every day in South India. Sambhar is stapled with the traditional South Indian dishes like Dosa, Idli and Uttapam. This 100gm Gits Sambhar mix is enough for 8 servings of Sambhar. For the authentic South Indian flavour, boil the Gits Sambhar mix with tomatoes, roasted shallots, drumsticks and season the prepared Sambar with mustard seeds and curry leaves. For chilli enthusiasts, separately roast dry red chilli and add it whole while preparation.
